BusinessNeeds provides professional services including company registrations, accounting, tax, compliance, payroll, BEE certificates, COIDA, and related business services.
Service timelines depend on third-party institutions (e.g., CIPC, SARS, UIF), and BusinessNeeds is not liable for delays outside our control.
5. Fees & Payments
All fees must be paid upfront unless otherwise agreed.
Debit order payments may be used for monthly services.
Unpaid accounts will follow our Collections & Unpaid Account Policy.
6. Client Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information and required documents. Incorrect or missing information may delay services.
You are responsible for reviewing documents before submission.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are only allowed according to our Refund Policy.
No refunds will be issued once work has started on a service, unless otherwise specified.
8. Limitation of Liability
BusinessNeeds is not liable for losses arising from:
- Delays caused by CIPC, SARS, COIDA, UIF, banks, or third parties
- Inaccurate information supplied by clients
- Failure by clients to comply with statutory deadlines
9. Intellectual Property
Content on this website (text, design, tools, branding) is owned by BusinessNeeds and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy (POPIA compliant).
11. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be handled in South African courts.
